How does ones get to Cuba?

We can organize the use of commercial airlines, private jets, or chartered yachts, depending on your personal preference and needs.


What should one pack?

You will want to pack light, informal, and comfortable clothing. It is recommended that you bring a light jacket, sweater, shawl, etc. for the cooler evenings and air conditioned buildings. We also recommend that you pack sunscreen, sunglasses + a hat, mosquito repellent and anti itch lotion, any medication you may need (aspirin + anti-diarrhea medication), first aid items, soap, and tissues.


Will there be WiFi?

WiFi can be found at some hotels in Cuba, but currently, WiFi is on the rise!.


What can I buy/bring back?

Travelers may not bring back any Cuban origin goods (souvenirs, cigars, liquor, etc) into the United States, except for those that constitute “informational materials”. Informational Materials include books, periodicals, paintings, sculptures, records, music tapes, CDs, films, video cassettes, photographs, posters, etchings, lithographs, microfilm, microfiche, and other informational material. There are no custom limits on informational materials and such materials are statutorily exempt from the embargo.


Do I need a visa?

As a visitor from the U.S.A, it is required that you obtain a visa, but we take care of that for you!


Where will I be staying

Depending on your preference, we can organize reservations at 5 star hotels, smaller private boutique hotels, private residences, and smaller hotels both in Havana and the provinces.


Will my small appliances work?

In general your electric razor, hairdryer or other small appliances will operate in the standard electrical system in Cuba. However some of the recently renovated hotels have converted to 220 watts and you will need a converter.


Will my insurance still work?

Your travel package includes Medical Insurance which covers medical treatment at
a private hospital or clinic in Havana.
